Prague's Castle Complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, seat of the rulers of the State for nearly eleven centuries. It is considered to be the largest castle complex in the world, at almost 750, 000 square feet.

The Castle Complex is made up of several palaces and ecclesiastical buildings from the 10th to the 14th century, with heavy renovations taking place during the time of the First Republic from 1918 to 1938.

Along the way we will take a break and stretch our legs at a local cafeteria over a delicious refreshement.
I will guide you through the most pivotal moments in Czech history and show you the magnificent interiors of St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George Basilica, the Old Royal Palace, and the Golden Lane. We will also take a walk through the picturesque Castle Gardens (open from April 1st - October 31st).
I will gladly pick you up at your hotel and the we will go to the Prague Castle Complex by safe public transport, taxi, or private car (on prior request). Mind that no large bags or weapons are allowed). Visiting the exteriors and interiors within the Castle Complex take approximately three hours of walking. The Castle complex is not equipped with barrier-free entrances.
